exactly. This is a must have feature

I found out after a few days. It was really frustrating. I don't see why it won't get rejected immediately.

Additionally, I'm not sure how funds are selected? Is it first come first serve? Is it selected at random? Is it the person with the largest investable amount?

It just should be an email or phone notification.

This, better would be to give us some option, to queue for that manager or to cancel the investment and choose another one.

-2

And it would be helpful to see the queue, or at least be informed of the likelihood of being accepted.

Or maybe if all the manager tokens are bought up already, the invest button is grayed out and disabled with some sort of text informing the investor that the manager doesnt have any more tokens to hand out

This is a must for the platform to succeed. You can't spend sometimes days waiting before you find out there were no tokens in the first place

I would have to agree here. It can get a little frustrating having to wait for a day or two, to then be prompted with a cancelled request because the manager tokens have sold out. We are investing blindly in hopes we become accepted. I'm sure you will find a way to make this process more transparent and efficient, so we can send the tokens to a manager who has availability.

Agree, it is frustrating. There could be some sort of "overbooked" label with an option to join the waiting list.

-2

this is an issue where the investor had to wait for long time to find out his request is rejected.  Can we have a streamlined process to avoid these situations!!

What if all of the investors fund were invested via weighted average up to the maximum limit of the investment program.

This way everyone will be able to invest some funds in a manager.

-2

I agree there should be some real time metric of how much room left to invest in a particular manager.

The more I think about this, the stronger I feel that when I’m investing my GVT, I want to know immediately if my investment is included in the manager’s program or if the manager’s limit has been reached. However, in some cases I could consider joining a waiting list, but only if I knew my position on the queue.

As an investor I want Genesis Vision platform to make my life easy: to help me stop worrying about my investment and enjoying my life outside the platform. When I use the platform, I want to be able to make my investment decisions and manager choices so that I can trust my chosen manager will work for me for the next days, weeks or months. It feels too complicated, if I have to revisit the platform constantly just to see if my investments have been accepted or if they have been cancelled and I need to find new managers.

Yes this is a major issue.  What if everyone invested reinvests at program end. One may have had funds tied up for ages waiting for entry only to be denied.  Huge problem that needs solving

Dear Client,

This was an old issue, now your investment request will be accepted at the beginning of the respective reporting period.
