1) It would be great to know where our tokens are... right now, I don't know if my tokens are actively being traded or if they're waiting to be accepted.

2) Notifications when requests get denied or accepted would be great.

3) Lastly, knowing how much we have invested in a manager would make sense. I know how much money I have with a manager, but I don't easily know which amount I initially put it.

Thanks.

Manager closed program, tokens not returned

Gerard 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 7

I've had a manager close a program I've invested in but it seems that my tokens have not been returned. I can see i have manager tokens still in the archived program, but there is no option to withdraw /convert back into GVT.

Also suggest some kind of notification for the investor if a manager closes a program.

Thanks

Token Meter - please provide more info what the colors mean.

Could you please explain the colors?

Answer

Thank you for contacting us.
Green colour means that tokens are available. Dark green colour means investors bought tokens (it is not available). Grey colour means the tokens for requests.
We will forward your suggestion to add tooltips to the team.

Give more details on gvt balance: Available/Pending investment/Invested/Total

c digiola 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 4

It is quite confusing to see only the available balance. It feels like some gvt were lost  :p

Managers should have their full name or company name as their title, those with random names or names like "when lambo" should not be able to be a manager

The platform will loose credibility if no vetting is done on the managers.

Investors should be able to report managers with inappropriate names.

Increase Commission discounts at GM for holding more GVT

HedgeBitcoin 5 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 1

Since GenesisMarkets has a corporate account at the integrated exchanges the amount of trading volume from all the pooled traders allows commission discount tiers for you. You can pass on these discounts to your traders that hold more GVT.

Right now holding 500 GVT for a 0.135% discount isn't fair when we can trade directly with Binance at a better commission rate.

However, this commission rate is better than Huobi and it does create an incentive to trade through GM solely on Huobi pairs for this advantage. As more traders realize the possible saving using GM, more traders will trade through GM and as a result your commission rates will surely reach the next tier to allow even a larger saving. 0.06% Fees at Huobi are surely reachable with the pooled traders.

If you want to increase demand for GVT, allow more discounts by holding more GVT. I wouldn't mind holding 1000 GVT for lower commissions equal to the tiered discounts from the volume discounts.

Once your company reaches the next discount tier at each exchange please allow the traders at GM to benefit from this by allowing us to hold MORE GVT to reach the next discount.

Add cryptocurrency tracking portfolio alike to the GV app

elCryptoNerd 6 years ago updated by anonymous 6 years ago 2

Is it possible that a Cryptocurrency tracking portfolio function could be added to the GV app?

If the function was there, I would not need to use Delta/Blockfolio anymore, I could do everything I need to do from within the GV App,

This would also be beneficial, as I could see the fluctuating value of my coins held elsewhere, combined with my current investments on the GV platform. Without this function I would have to flick between the two apps and manually total up.

I think it would be a great feature, you could even add PRO/premium features and charge a monthly fee in GVT/BTC!

Extra Filter options within the Wallet

Dennis van der helm 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

I think it will be great if you can have an overview of only your exectued investments, cancelled investments and also the pending investments. In other words an extra filter option next to program and transaction type. You can call this option status of transaction for example.

Answer

Hello Dennis!

Thank you for your suggestion, it is a reasonable one. We will forward it to our development team.

Develop a way that managers can show results on other websites

elCryptoNerd 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Would it be possible to add tools so that a manager could embed their trades/results on another website?

For example Eric Choe has a subscription website www.cryptochoe.com where people pay to follow his trades,

If he or any other manager could link/sync their trading data from the Genesis Vision platform, to be displayed on their website, it would attract a great deal more managers to Genesis Vision, free marketing,

People like Eric Choe can tell his followers to subscribe on his website for $, or invest with him on the GV platform (Eric recieves good income for both options)
