Emails are sent to spam folder

All emails are going into my spam folder by default and are not trusted.

Is this the first time you've ever encountered emails going to your spam folder?

No, but its something for the team to investigate. Do they have DKIM signing turned on for example? As a developer, if all my emails were not being delivered it would prompt me to check with my mail provider what I can do to ensure delivery.


Imagine if you get an email which says a login has been successful but you didn't trigger it, I'd like to know it has the best chance of being delivered immediately without me adding the sender to my whitelist (as most won't).
