Reallocating fees and the 50GVT drawback on funds

Jameson Derulo 5 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 3

Maybe make it possible to reallocate the fees or make it more clear that you pay 50GVT to make one.

I went to high with the fees and wanted to make a new fund, can't get that 50GVT back and can't reallocate the fees.

Dear Mr. Derulo,

Thank you for your feedback. I have transferred it to our management.
Please be informed that you can only lower entry and success fees by sending an official request to support@genesis.vision from your manager's email. However manual increasing of entry and success fee is impossible. In this case you will need to close the program and start a new one.

Best regards,

Genesis Vision.

ok wait.  You PAY 50 GVT to create a fund?  It's not returned when you close the fund at some point?  It's ACTUALLY a fee?

There is no indication of this if this is the case... and I'm not very happy about this.

Dear Client,

It is not a fee for opening the fund. These are the funds that investor puts in his fund, so this is his share. When he's closing the fund he gets his share according to the current balance of the fund.
