They can just introduce more levels. Level 8 could be 5 million, level 9 10 million etc etc

Probably managers won't accept this without some conditions attached. I remember from older screen shot you get a suggested price (what the manager wants for their tokens I guess) for their token and you submit what you think it's worth. I presume this will still be the case. So auto renewal cuts out selling to the highest bidder, no manager would accept this I presume

Then it becomes a closed shop for those who got in early to a great manager. You're not going to leave and once they hit the top lvl it's game over for new subs
