Withdrawal Error Message: "There are no new period for investment program"

I received the above message when trying to withdraw funds from a manager I am currently with. It is unclear why this is occurring, but there should never be an instance where I am unable to withdraw funds. 

The manager is Topham 21. The error message occurs on the iOS app. If I try to withdraw on the desktop version I am not able to even select withdraw.
