Trade History Analytic Package for all MT5 brokerages open to any one ( Verify Trading history on the Blockchain for Crypto traders).
I've tested out a few different trading history statistical sites such as myfxbook, fxblue, fxstat, and the official mql5 signals with a GenesisMarkets account. None of these sites can calculate the performance correctly since GM accounts are denominated in Crypto currencies which have profits in satoshi's. This is a great opportunity to offer the genesis Vision platform as an Analytical site to the crypto community and FX community. Please allow traders to input their account number, investor password and Server IP therefore any trader can use the analytics at Genesis Vision platform. We can then separate the Traders who use the platform for solely analytics and those who are managers. Once the trader's credentials are added to the platform, any New trade taken would then become verified on the blockchain ( a great selling point for potential money managers.).
The Investor Dashboard would only show GVT Money Managers however, maybe you can add a category " Potential Money Managers" of all the other traders who are using the GVT platform for their analytics.
The manager's dashboard would be open to any trader at any MT5 brokerage for the sole purpose of the analytics package that GVT offers.
Of course money managers still have to use the partnered brokerages/Exchange(GM) , and this is where a nice banner ad can come in "Sign up to GenesisMarkets and Become a verified money manager"
I think it will be great if you can have an overview of only your exectued investments, cancelled investments and also the pending investments. In other words an extra filter option next to program and transaction type. You can call this option status of transaction for example.
Thank you for your suggestion, it is a reasonable one. We will forward it to our development team.
I have invested in many programs which were later cancelled but they still show up on my dashboard.
I have 10-15 programs that are permanently stuck on my dashboard. Without me being invested in them.
Please make it so that uninvested programs don't appear on my dashboard.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to say that in future there will be separate lists for programs you've invested in and ones you've canceled your investment in (or it was canceled due to the manager's limitations).
When I look at my dashboard, it shows programs I have invested in. However for some of them my investments were canceled, I assume by the manager. The dashboard does not distinguish between what managers I actually have 'hired', and which ones denied my request. In fact, for each manager, it shows 0% for 'my share'. The dashboard should not display managers who have not accepted my request, and I am having a hard time even figuring out if ANY of my GVT tokens have actually been invested yet.
Thank you for your feedback.
A manager cannot accept or decline investment requests. All the investment requests received by a manager are processed automatically at the moment the next reporting period starts. The thing is, there is a limitation on the amount a manager can accept, this is due to the managers’ leveling. Those investments that cannot be accepted are returned to the investor at the start of the reporting period.
We are glad to say that in future there will be separate lists for programs you've invested in and ones you've canceled your investment in (or it was canceled due to the manager's limitations).
Thank you for helping us to improve the platform.
overall I love the UI and think this looks and runs beautifully. However I do find these three points frustrating.
1.) Investment clarity
When you allocate your gvt it says “invest” but it should be made clear that this is a request pending approval. So far all of my requests have been denied but I have no way of knowing that. A notification would go a long way - also a little info within the app of how this process works. I could see users getting really irritated if they click invest, walk away, and return at a later date to find that it was rejected.
2.) wallet overview
I feel as though the wallet is bordering on too sleek at the expense of valuable information the investor would want to see. Itd be great to see pending requests versus available balances versus locked in investment funds. I also think it’d be nice to always be able to see your available balance in wallet (similar to the binance dropdown tip right) I recognize that gvt is going for a very sleek design, but I think the wallet should be very info rich for the user.
3.) dashboard labeling
As much as I like the iconography I think it’s a little unclear to a new user where you are navigating. Simply think this should be labeled, even if it’s just a rollover. I think it should be really clear cut to a first time user.
Otherwise, I think everything looks really nice.
It's been mentioned already about the manager's you've sent a request to has remained on their dashboard despite cancelling or being denied their investment. As a replacement for that, adding a favorites function on the programs section while scrolling/searching for specific managers would be nice.
As a 2nd idea, there could be a feature to invest a % of GVT whether it's total owned or current holding
Definitely a great idea. We will take it into consideration.
Could you please tell us a bit more about your second idea?
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We will consider adding the opportunity to edit the program name and program description.
Please add a feature that keeps track of intraday drawdown on traders open positions. At an internal of 5minutes if possible. If not, atleast once per every hour. Therefore investors can see the true volatility of profit/loss percentages within the traders strategy. Without proper drawdown metrics, an investor would not be able to calculate the risk vs reward of one's strategy. If you need examples of intraday drawdown statistics, please visit myfxbook and view the equity curve in relation to the account balance.
kindly add 2FA for security
Thank you for your suggestion. Of course, we will enable 2-Factor Authentication once the real mode is introduced.
Currently if a investor looks at the portal he sees program sorted by last week profit by default which shows way less profit for some program compare to their last week profit.
Also I am not aware of any filter which sort program by start date of program. All programs are of diifferent durations. I am attaching a screenshot which show top program profit as 86% whereas last week profit shows only 23%.
I believe default sorting by start date of program will attract more newbie to invest in platform
