4-digit pin for quick authentication when investing / withdrawing

R-7 Semyorka 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

It will be great if you only have to log in once into the mobile app, setup a pin and then use the pin for all transactions.

Also with the option to use a fingerprint scan instead of a pin (for phones that support it)

GVT should hire a User Experience (UX) teammember

torfinseth 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 4

While I appreciate the minimalist dashboard and think it is aesthetically pleasing , GVT really needs to hire someone for UX designing. There are a number of design features that have simple fixes. for example:

1) the mobile graphs of for managers have no context without axis, metrics, values

2) The token bars (which I appreciate the addition), need values and better distinction if a manager has no tokens or all of the tokens available.

3) Users need to be able to filter out long investment periods and managers who already have no tokens.

4) The online investor portal block graphs are ambiguous, and its not clear what the black line is associated with.

5) Similar to Pinterest, the user falls into the trap of "abundance" where users are overwhelmed with potential managers and end up possibly picking a manager arbitrarily.

etc.

My point being the team really needs someone who has knowledge in Human Computer Interaction to fix some of these issue. While it may be nice to get feedback from everyone on this website, a UX person can help with screen design and layout, usability issue, browsability, recoverability if users make errors, etc. The benefit of a UX teammember is that the investor platform would be more intuitive and designed for a larger population.

Integration with other networks (LinkedIn, TradingView, etc)

buikematt 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Would be great to see integration with other networks to further validate manager credentials. For instance, one could easily access a managers LinkedIn profile, or TradingView to see their work experience/trading history.

Managers/Investors communication and diverse feedbacks.

laz 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 3

Hi,

First of all my experience with the Genesis Vision investor (android) app and website was really great so far. Here is my suggestions and feedbacks after using this product since day one.

Right now the communication between the managers and the investors is not existant which is not alarming since we are in a very early alpha phase. I think it would be great to implement news channels unique for every programs to keep the investors informed. One public channel open to everybody with basic informations like when the managers is stopping trading, what he trades etc.. And a private one where he can interact more closely with the people already invested in his program(s). Good communication between clients/pros is a must have imo.

Other general feedbacks :

- Topham21 program is showing a -2962% manager share, bugs.

- Enabling notifications when we are refunded our GVT/receiving managers tokens/receiving profits we help to dissolve the confusion I have when using the app.

I'll post more bugs report if I find any.

Risk

Brian Sweitzer 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 3

I suggest you add a section or tab that tells us how risky each managers investment strategy is. When people are investing thousands. Of dollars I think having a "risk" rating such as "risky" or "moderately risky" or "conservative " would be nice. As I near retirement I may want to move my investment strategy from risky to conservative and the only way on knowing which managers profiles are conservative are of there is a rating section or tab

Dashboard should feel more comfortable

E S 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

It is a little disorienting when trying to understand the value of my portfolio.

First of all, the profit chart - it feels a little unclear what this chart represents. Maybe for some people it is obvious, but I am sure a lot of people does not understand it.

Second, it would be great to have a view on what is my potential profit. For example, if I invested 100 GVT in a program, and the manager performs well and now my tokens are worth 150 GVT, the potential profit is 50. Or even including the managers 2 fees. This way investors could easily checkup on their total portfolio and understand their situation quickly.

Thank you.

Description or FAQ inside the app and web version

Paul 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 2

Current there is no description on the fund allocation mechanism inside the app and web version.

I believe adding description or certain FAQs easily accessible inside the app and web on how the platform works or some mechanics (like how investor's fund is allocated to managers) is beneficial to whole user experience

Answer

Hello Paul!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to say that we will add video tutorials and FAQ section shortly. Stay tuned!

Profile Restriction

Bugra 6 years ago updated by Genesis Vision Support 5 years ago 1

hi,first of all look at the profile picture and names, that is not looking serious investment surface, people will put money here so they need to see real name, real person!Look there are ltc, xrp fans with that name on genesis platform its unacceptable!

Answer

Hello!
Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, managers are given a very flexible choice of profile settings. In the future, there will be a moderation system that will allow us to monitor and prevent the use of obscene or questionable vocabulary or illustrations.

An investor evaluates the title and illustration to the program, but to make an effective investment decision, he has to consider many parameters of the manager and his program. The rating is formed on the real performance of the manager, so jokers will have to perform well.
